Terms and conditions for online booking

Access and browsing in this web site implies acceptance and knowledge of the legal warnings, terms and conditions of use contained therein. These are contained in the “Rules of Air Transportation of Passengers”. Acknowledging and acceptance of the online booking conditions implies the acceptance of rules of air transportation of passengers.

Modification of the terms

Bees Airline reserves the right to change these terms at any time. User is responsible for regularly reviewing these terms that are on a continuous basis put at the disposal of the user by including them in this web site. Continued use of this web site following any such changes shall constitute the user’s acceptance of such changes.

Credit cards

If you choose to pay online for your booking, a valid credit/debit card (Visa, Visa Electron, American Express, MasterCard) must be used at reservation time.

Important! Payment authorisation is done by an external process and Bees Airlines is not responsible for using credit/debit cards that are not valid, or for their misuse. In case your online payment was not confirmed, you should address to the issuing bank of your credit/debit card.

Delivery method

All Bees Airlines routes are e-ticketing eligible. For the reservation paid online, the e-ticket is automatically issued and sent via e-mail to the address mentioned at the reservation moment. You will receive also an e-mail confirmation for your reservation.

Fares

All fares of Bees Airlines are applicable for transportation from departure airport to arrival airport according to the route indicated by the carrier and they include the taxes. The advertised fares may vary according to the variation of the exchange rate and / or airport taxes. Reduced fares are applied for child and infant.

Please be aware that the fare pricing scheme can be subject to various restrictions e.g.: changes of date with fee, non-refundable ticket or cancellation possible only for a fee etc.

Seat selection

Bees Airlines reserves the right to offer any seat to the passengers, and they must accept it based on the offered availability. Bees Airlines has the right to reassign the passengers seating in the aircraft, even after boarding, if this is mandatory due to operational, safety and security reasons.If passengers paid for preferential seats, but due to operational, safety or security reasons, these could not be used, being relocated to other seats specific to an inferior fare base than the one initially chosen, the air carrier will not refund the difference, or the price paid for the initial preferential assignment.

Reservation

The reservation must be done at least 4 hours before departure for online payment, but not more than 361 days before.

User confirms and warrants that he or she is at least 18 years of age and possesses the legal right capacity and ability to enter into the agreement with Bees Airlines to which these terms apply and to use this web site in accordance with these terms. User agrees to be financially responsible for all use of this web site. User may not allow other persons to make reservations under user’s name or account. The reservations feature of this web site is provided solely to permit user to determine the availability of travel-related goods and services and to make legitimate reservations and for no other purposes. Without limitation, user shall not make any speculative, false or fraudulent reservations or any reservations in anticipation of demand. User agrees that the reservations facilities of this web site shall be used only to make legitimate reservations for user and for the accompanying persons. User shall be completely responsible for all charges, fees, duties, taxes arising out of the use of this web site.

Bees Airlines cannot be hold responsible for mistakes arising from an end user wrong inputs or typing mistakes that could lead to wrong reservations including mistakes generated by wrong usage of 'back' and 'forward' options from browser.

Bees Airlines reserves the right to immediatly cancel and withour further notification all bookings that could bear the suspicion of fraud or generated by abusive usage of the bookings engine.

Important! According to the new Law no. 248/20.07.2005 published in the Romanian Official Monitor no. 682/29.07.2005 please note that starting with the 29th of January 2006 no Romanian citizen under the age of 18 is allowed to travel unaccompanied.In order to travel, the minor must be obligatorily accompanied by one of the following persons:
1. One of the parents holding the declaration of the other parent; the declaration must be authenticated by a notary and clearly bear other parents agreement on minors journey;
2. An adult having an identification record and both minors parents authenticated declaration bearing their agreement on minors journey.

Payment

The ticket booked with www.beesromania.aero can be instantly purchased online using a credit/debit card; alternatively. If you choose to purchase online using credit/debit card, full payment will be deducted from your credit card at purchase time.

You will be debited for all named persons contained in the reservation.

For credit cards issued in other currencies than the Euro, cardholders will incur fees charged by the issuing banks and any difference resulting from the performed exchange, also from the issuing bank, Bees Airlines having no knowledge or control about the exchange rates used by the issuing banks.

All fares, taxes/charges/surcharges (airport taxes, fuel surcharges etc.) shall be converted in the currency of payment EUR or RON (if necessary), by rounding up the related amounts to the next higher rounding unit, according to IATA International Air Transport Association rules.

Cancellation and modifications

If you want to cancel your trip or to change your trip details after ticket purchasing and after the booking session has been closed, please contact to the call centre Bees Airlines office located in the city of your flight departure. The money will be charged back to the used credit card, according to the fare conditions you have booked.

The Aircompany reimburse money in accordance with point 13 of the Rules of Air Transportation of Passenger published on the airline's website within 3 (three) working days from the moment of receipt of a passenger's application for refund for unused air transportation issued by an electronic ticket.

If it is not possible to process the refund within 3 (three) days, the refund will be made within another period of time agreed by the parties, but no later than within 7 (seven) business days. The refund period is calculated from the day following the date the airline or the sales agent receive the documents required for the refund operation.

In case of online payment, the refund will be made to the used payment card within the terms determined by the issuing bank of the payment card.

Conditions applicable to the additional services offered by Bees Airlines

1. Food

1.1. Passengers have the possibility to order and select in advance their preferred menu, for a fee.

1.2. By selecting a menu, you declare that all information provided by you is correct and that the reservation is made for you or for another person on whose behalf you are entitled to act and who also meets the requirements.

1.3. The desired option can be selected both during the booking process and after the booking has been completed, either via “My Booking” or via the Bees Airlines Call Center or via travel agency, no later than 48 hours before the departure time of the booked flight.

1.4. A list of ingredients for each menu is provided with the utmost care. However, Bees Airlines is not responsible for any consequences resulting from intolerance or allergies to any food ingredient.

1.5. The photographs shown are for illustrative purposes only, the appearance of the food may differ from that in the picture.

1.6. Bees Airlines reserves the right to make changes depending on the type of aircraft or other factors.

1.7. The child discount does not apply to Onboard Menu service.

1.8. Menus are only available on flights operated by Bees Airlines.

1.9. The purchase of “Onboard Menu” service is non-refundable.

If you voluntarily change your flight date or route, you will be able to select the same menu you previously purchased without paying extra, if the same menu is available.

If you wish to pre-order a menu other than the one previously purchased and the price is higher, the fare difference will be charged, and if the new price is lower, the difference will not be refunded.

These changes cannot be processed online, you will need to the Bees Airlines Call centre.

1.10. These services are only refundable in the the Company is unable to provide you with the paid menu, for technical, operational reasons, due to aircraft changes, overbooking, and involuntary rerouting on another airline or any other reasons not determined/generated by you.

2. Conditions for the “Seat selections” service

2.1. You can select and book seats in advance on all flights marketed and operated by Bees Airlines by the fares published on Bees Airlines web site, under the following conditions:

  • Seat selection is subject to availability at the time of request; some seats may not be offered for selection for operational and safety reasons;

  • Seat selections is available both when purchasing the ticket and afterwards, either via – "My Booking" or via the Call Center or via travel agency.

  • Bees Airlines makes every effort to honor the advance reservation of the seat purchased, but cannot guarantee a seat with a specific number, even if your reservation is confirmed for that seat. But only guarantees for the selected characteristic (window, aisle, emergency exit or extra legroom).

  • Bees Airlines reserves the right to assign or reallocate seats at any time, even after boarding the aircraft, for operational, safety or security reasons.

  • The child discount does not apply to the 'Advance Seat Reservation' service.

  • Passengers travelling in wheelchairs or with limbs in plaster casts, unaccompanied minors, visually or hearing impaired passengers, passengers travelling with a musical instrument or with assistance dog (guide dog), or those who have purchased an additional seat for comfort, passengers travelling on stretchers or oxygen will be entitled to free seat reservation in advance, irrespective of the fare purchased, provided they inform the travel agent that they fall into the above category and it is recommended that the seat reservation be made at the same time as the ticket is issued.

  • When choosing an emergency exit seat, you must meet all eligibility criteria:

    • a. Be over 18 years of age;

    • b. Be physically and mentally fit to assist in the rapid evacuation of the aircraft in the event of an emergency;

    • c. You must not be a disabled passenger or a passenger with reduced mobility;

    • d. You are not pregnant;

    • e. Do not use oxygen, either from your own breathing devices or from those provided by the company;

    • f. Do not be overweight (with the need for a seat belt extension);

    • g. Do not travel with animals in the cabin or with SVAN (Assistance dogs);

    • h. Do not travel with infants or children;

    • i. Do not be an unaccompanied minor;

    • j. Not to have requested EXST (extra seat for comfort) or do not travel with a musical instrument;

    • k. Be able to understand the instructions given by the crew in Romanian or English;

2.2. The “Seat selection” service is non-refundable.

If you voluntarily change your flight date or route, you will be able to select the same seat characteristic (aisle, window or middle seat, seat with extra legroom or an emergency exit seat) that you previously purchased, without additional payment, if the same characteristic is available.

If you wish to book a characteristic other than the one previously purchased and the price is higher, the difference in fare will be charged, and if the new price is lower, the difference will not be refunded.

These changes cannot be processed online, you will need to contact Bees Airlines Call centre or your travel agency.

No refund will be given for the seat purchased in advance if you do not meet the eligibility conditions for emergency exit seats specified above (point 2.1.), in which case the seat will be exchanged for another seat for which you are eligible.

This service is reimbursable only if the Company is unable to offer you the seat with the characteristic for which you paid (aisle, window or middle seat, seat with extra legroom or an emergency exit seat) for technical, operational, safety, security, aircraft or configuration change, overbooking, involuntary re-routing to another airline or any other reason not determined/generated by you.
